Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Even at its early stage some games manage to load and run but not perfectly. Please remember that Dolphin is an experimental GameCube emulator so many games might not run and for the ones that do run you will need a strong PC..

* GFX: Radeon 9500+ series card recommended, but Geforce FX series also work. Expect severe graphics problems with lower cards.
* CPU: The fastest you can find.

Project64 is a Nintendo 64 emulator which at first seemed to have popped up out of nowhere. I had some trouble trying it myself as my PC doesn't meet the steep system requirements of Project64. Yet from what I have seen, if you have the right PC, Project64 will probably work better for you than any other Nintendo 64 emulator.

The system requirements of Project64 are high. Don't expect games to run well or at all if your PC doesn't meet these requirements:

* Pentium III 600 Mhz or better
* 128 Mb. RAM or more
* Fast video card with 16 Mb. Video RAM or more
* Windows 95/98/Me
* DirectX 6.0 (latest version of DirectX recommended)

Project64 works best with these video cards:

* TNT, TNT 2, GeForce, GeForce 2, ATI Radeon

Project64 does not work well with these video cards:

* Matrox G200 and G400 (blending errors)
* ATI Rage Pro (misses some 3D functionality)
* 3DFX Voodoo Banshee (has bad DirectX drivers)
* 3DFX Voodoo 1 or 2 (secondary 3D cards are not supported)

Since the first version of Visual Boy Advance which lacked some major features
(such as an interface), this Gameboy Advance emulator has progressed greatly.
I found compatibility to be quite good and many games were playable.
Actually I didn't have any problems with every game I tried, though I must admit I didn't test a whole lot of games.
The games ran at full speed (with sound) on my Celeron 900 Mhz.,
so if you have a similar or faster PC you shouldn't have any problem either.
A Pentium III 500 Mhz. is the absolute minimum requirement to play games.
The Gameboy Advance is a 32-bit machine so emulating it requires more CPU power.

...ZSNES....

This is simply the best Super Nintendo available. It's ultra fast and should run at full speed on
any Celeron or faster PC.
It also supports Super Nintendo features which are very hard to emulate
(and which were unavailable just a while ago), like DSP1 emulation (Mario Kart),
SuperFX emulation (StarFox) and now even C4 emulation (Megaman X3)!
These features make ZSNES the most compatible Super Nintendo emulator available.
The sound is also great as ZSNES allows some special tricks like sound interpolation and a low pass filter.
You can get 44khz Stereo sound with ZSNES, but you must have a fast PC for that.

...FCE Ultra......

FCE Ultra is back again on this site. When I started this site I added this emulator,
which at that time was only for DOS. But I removed it later again because
I didn't think it was that good. Since that time however FCE Ultra has gone open source
(which means anyone with the right skills can contribute to it) and it has been ported to Windows.
I tried it again after a forum member told me he thought it was good - and he was right:
FCE Ultra has been much improved and is a great NES emulator now.
Unfortunately in November 2002 the author of FCE Ultra, Xodnizel,
decided to stop working on it as he feels most major goals for it were reached and he
has lost the desire to continue to work on it. But don't let this discourage you - although
we may not see any new versions, the last version is still one of the best NES emulators available.

ePSXe is considered to be best Playstation emulator. It plays most commercial games so it wont let you down.

Breath of Fire IV's gameplay is refreshingly simple, with only a few minor additions to its predecessor's battle system. Most noticeably, a new combo system lets spells dish out more damage than when cast alone, by working in conjunction with other spells. As before, Ryu can transform into a dragon or hybrid half-human, half-dragon creature to gain special attack powers. The party will pick up other drifters throughout the game, some of whom have the power to transform.

Each town opens up a new set of subquests and minigames (yup--there's another fishing game here, folks), both of which add longevity and replayability to Breath of Fire IV, although not everyone will appreciate the mandatory nature of these diversions.

Like many Japanese-bred RPGs, the musical score and crisp sound effects are excellent, but there is very little voice talent in the game. In all, Breath of Fire IV is a solid, although not fantastic, RPG

There was obviously a great deal of attention spent improving the graphics, but other equally important areas - the sound, the interface .

Herbert George Wells (September 21, 1866 – August 13, 1946), better known as H. G. Wells, was an English writer best known for such science fiction novels as The Time Machine, The War of the Worlds, The Invisible Man, The First Men in the Moon and The Island of Doctor Moreau. He was a prolific writer of both fiction and non-fiction, and produced works in many different genres, including contemporary novels, history, and social commentary. He was also an outspoken socialist. His later works become increasingly political and didactic, and only his early science fiction novels are widely read today. Both Wells and Jules Verne are sometimes referred to as "The Father of Science Fiction".

Oscar Wilde - The Happy Prince and Other Fairy Tales

Oscar Wilde was born in 1854 in Dublin, the son of a physician and writer; his mother wrote poems and was an authority on Celtic folklore. Wilde married the daughter of a prominent Irish barrister. At the same time, the marriage marked the beginning of a peak creative period for him. During this time, in addition to his fairytale collections "The Happy Prince and Other Tales" (1888) and "A House of Pomegranates" (1892) and numerous poems and plays, he also wrote his novel "The Picture of Dorian Gray" (1891), whose hero's life rises above all morality and ends in the morass of a sinful existence, anticipating the author's own fate. On 30 November 1900, he died, completely impoverished, in Paris. The two collections of fairy tales do not go back to folktales that have come down to us anonymously, but belong to the genre of 'literary fairy tales', which, as the creation of a particular writer, represent a separate literary genre with a long tradition that goes back to antiquity.
